Program/Court Systems Analyst (HRIS)

Department: Human Resources
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position; minimum two (2) years experience in a position that requires technological and program systems analysis and administration; accomplished computer keyboarding skills.  
Description: The HR systems analyst is responsible for the configuration and maintenance  of  JD Edwards for  employee data and systems updates in these areas:  Employee self-service, benefit  administration, payroll, staff  position controls,  leaves of absences and other HR functions and applications.  The Analyst  manages and evaluates these system functions with the needs of the user groups and recommends, configures and troubleshoots  systems for business solution needs. In collaboration with our information technology team, evaluates current and forecast future HR systems and applications resources needs.  Configure technology solutions according to  HR business requirements.  Maintain and manage systems that support the HR operations , employee records management, leaves, benefits, position control,  and employee self-service. Implement new solutions, train users, provide user support, and troubleshoot any issues.  Provide end-user HR application support.   Recommend best practices in human resources, including user experience, and technology. Independent problem solving skills, self-directed, and able to solve problems efficiently and effectively.  Ability to document workflows and analyzing data needs.  Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise and from diverse backgrounds and cultures.  Excellent written communication skills. Knowledge and experience in HR application development: JD Edwards, DAS or  HR web-based applications.
Annual Salary Range: $68,897.00 - $91,675.00

Senior Human Resources Specialist

Description: The State Bar’s Office of Human Resources seeks an Sr. HR specialist for leading Employee Relations and Performance Management and related functions. Experience in  Performance measurement systems and organizational development management, union and labor relations, and their strategic implementation. Experience in employee development, labor relations and project initiative’s.   Applicants should possess strong lead roles, supervisory, analytical, technical and communications skills.
Annual Salary Range: $83,222.00 - $110,049.00
