Computer Analyst Programmer

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent academic achievement; five (5) years experience in system analysis, design and programming in a central processing telecommunication environment; minimum two (2) years in computer project leadership, which may be included above; accomplished computer keyboarding skills; successful completion of the State Bar validated standard tests for the position.
