Qualifications: Must be an active member, in good standing, of the State Bar of California. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and pertinent experience in the practice of law. Knowledge of State Bar prosecutorial law and procedure, identification of legal issues, interpretation and application of laws, rules, regulations and other legal authorities; performs legal research; analyzes and prepares pleadings and documents, legal drafting, and auditing closed files. Accomplished computer keyboarding skills.

Qualifications: Must be a high school graduate (prefer college graduate/coursework) and at least 18 years old. Knowledge of basic rules of vocabulary, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic. Ability to work 10-12 hours a day (3 consecutive days). Cannot be a law clerk, a law student, a paralegal or admitted as an attorney in any jurisdiction.
