Contract Attorney

Department: Chief Trial Counsel
Qualifications:  Must be an active member, in good standing, of the State Bar of California; minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and pertinent experience in the practice of law; knowledge of State Bar prosecutorial law and procedure, identification of legal issues, interpretation and application of laws, rules, regulations and other legal authorities; performs legal research; analyzes and prepares pleadings and documents and legal drafting; work will be performed on site under direct supervision; accomplished computer keyboarding skills. 
Minimum Hourly Salary: $40.00/hr
