Contract Attorney

Department: Chief Trial Counsel
Qualifications: Must be an active member, in good standing, with the State Bar of California; minimum five (5) years progressively responsible and pertinent experience in the practice of law; knowledge of State Bar prosecutorial law and procedure, identification of legal issues, interpretation and application of laws, rules, regulations and other legal authorities; performs legal research; analyzes and prepares pleadings and documents and legal drafting; Work will be performed on site under direct supervision.
