Partnership Grants

Each year, 10 percent of the state Equal Access Funds allocation is distributed by the Legal Services Trust Fund Commission as Partnership Grants. Partnership Grants are available for joint projects of courts and legal services programs to make legal assistance available to pro per litigants.

Partnership Grants are competitive; any recipient of a Legal Services Trust Fund Program grant is allowed to submit a response to a Request for Proposal. Proposals and evaluation reports are due as noted below.
