Agency Billing

Welcome to Agency Billing, a new application which allows for group billing for, and payment of, annual attorney membership fees.

How It Works

First, you will establish an account for your law firm or agency.

Next, you will upload the attorneys who are associated with your firm or agency. You can use the template provided, or enter Bar numbers, to upload attorney information.

Once your list of attorneys is finalized, Agency Billing will prepopulate default fees, including section memberships as appropriate and recommended donations. Use the dashboard to make any needed adjustments at the individual or firm level.

Note that Agency Billing allows you to make firm-level donations to support legal services efforts. You are encouraged to use this new functionality to support this important work.

Once you’ve calculated your total payment, pay online using your bank account (ACH) or credit card.

If online payment is not an option for your firm or agency, you can still use Agency Billing to efficiently calculate your total and then print an invoice that can be submitted with a check.

Fee payments are due March 1, 2017.
