The following is a list of materials either produced by the Office of Governmental Affairs or provided from other sources to instruct and assist the Legislative Chairs (and legislative committee members) of the State Bar's Standing Committees and Section Executive Committees.

Provides a quick overview of the procedures and timelines for Legislative Chairs, with hyperlinks to other documents and materials (many included in this table).
Legislative Search & Tracking Pages
Provides links to the Section Bill Tracking page maintained by the Office of Governmental Affairs, plus several search engines for California legislation. Also includes link to the 'Thomas' search engine for Federal legislation.
General California Legislative Information
Provides links to a legislative calendar, rosters of Assembly Members and Senators, legislative committees, audio links, etc.
Template for Legislative Reports
Sets the format for Standing Committees or Sections to use in submitting reports (e.g., positions on legislation) to the Legislature.
