Assignment of Space

Booths are assigned in order of receipt of application and payment. Full pre-payment must be received before confirmation of a booth space assignment. See the Exhibit Space Application and Exposition Rules and Regulations and General Terms and Conditions for details.

Booth Decoration & Tradeshow Services

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. “GES” is the official 2014 State Bar Annual Meeting Exhibition decorator. GES will provide all services in the exhibit hall including booth equipment, carpeting, rental furnishings, electrical, freight and material handling, labor and hanging capabilities. Confirmed exhibitors will receive a link to the online Exhibitor Service Kit with information and forms.

State Bar Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall Activities

  • Annual Meeting Opening Night Reception held in Exhibit Hall brings more than 1,000 attendees

Cost per 8’ x 10’ Booth Space

Map of the Exhibit Hall, Grand Hyatt San Diego, Harbor Ballroom, 2nd Floor, San Diego  The map shows the entrance to the hall at the bottom of the map, directly behind the registration area, and the back of the hall at the top of the map. At the center of the hall at the back is a stage and an open area. There is a pathway cutting across the hall horizontally between the booths with numbers ending in 08 and 09 and booths number 12 and 13.   From the front of the hall, there are six blocks of booths extending to the back of the hall. The first aisle is the odd-numbered "100" booths (101 through 119). The second aisle is the even-numbered "200" booths on the left (200 through 218) and the odd-numbered "200" booths on the right (201 through 219). The third aisle is the even-numbered "300" booths on the left (300 through 318) and the odd-numbered "300" booths on the right (a shorter row, going from 301 through 315). The fourth aisle is the even-numbered "400" booths on the left (a shorter row, going from 400 through 414) and the odd-numbered "400" booths on the right (a shorter row, going from 401 through 415). The fifth aisle is the even-numbered "500" booths on the left (a shorter row, going from 500 through 514) and the odd-numbered "500" booths on the right (a long row, going from 501 through 519). The sixth aisle is the even-numbered "600" booths on the left (going from 600 through 618) and the odd-numbered "600" booths on the right (going from 601 through 619). The seventh aisle is the even-number "700" booths (going from 700 through 718).   The corner booths at the front of the hall are: 101, 200, 201, 300, 301, 400, 401, 500, 501, 600, 601, 700. The corner booths in the middle of the hall on the horizontal aisle are: 109, 113, 208, 212, 209, 213, 308, 312, 309, 313, 408, 412, 409, 413, 508, 512, 509, 513, 608, 612, 609, 619, 708, 712. The corner booths at the back of the hall are: 119, 218, 219, 318, 315., 414, 415., 514, 519, 618, 619, 718.$1,675 Inside Booth

Installation of Exhibits

Exhibit booth installation begins on Wednesday, September 10, from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m., and continues on Thursday, September 11. Exhibitors must have booth installation complete by 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 11 to allow for the setup of the Opening Night Reception in the exhibit hall.

Tear Down:

Saturday, September 13 5 p.m.-9 p.m.*
Sunday, September 14 8:00 am-12 noon

*A special presentation is scheduled in the Exhibit Hall from 4 p.m.-5 p.m..

Exhibitors may not move out before or during this presentation. All items must be removed from exhibit floor not later than 12 noon on Sunday, September 14.
