California Attorney Practice Analysis Recruits Attorneys for Three-Day Panel to Formulate Survey Questions Monday, January 28, 2019 Categories: News Releases The California Attorney Practice Analysis (CAPA) will provide current information about the knowledge and skills expected of entry-level California attorneys to set the foundation for evaluating the format, content alignment, and pass line of the California Bar Exam. The State Bar invites attorneys with at least three years of practicing experience to apply to contribute to this important study during a three-day panel in San Francisco that will develop the attorney practice surveys. This subject matter expert panel is a critical component of the CAPA study. The panel will work under the instructions of the study’s psychometric consultants during the three-day session to develop the language and fields that will populate the study’s survey questions. Invited to apply are: Attorneys with at least 3 years of practice experience Attorneys from the private, government, academic, and non-profit sectors Attorneys from small, medium, and large firms The panel is scheduled to meet at the San Francisco State Bar Office at 180 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. The panel will run from March 8 -10 or March 11-13, depending on the availability of selected panelists.
