How is the Attorney Census conducted?
The Attorney Census is administered online through My State Bar Profile to all active and inactive attorneys as well as those enrolled in a multijurisdictional program. Participation in the Attorney Census is voluntary; attorneys may skip any and all questions. All of the information provided is confidential, and no information that would allow for the identification of any individual attorney is reported or shared outside of the State Bar.
