The Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP) hosts free, virtual presentations focused on wellness strategies for law students, bar applicants, and legal professionals.
Our latest free, virtual offering: Refocus: ADHD Strategies for Success in Law, happening September 25—October 30, 2024, is a six-week program designed to help legal professionals with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms enhance their executive functioning skills, embrace their unique strengths, and thrive in their careers.

Note: This program does not qualify for MCLE credit.
Led by the Mindfulness in Law Society (MILS), these guided meditations, happening Mondays and Wednesdays, are open to anyone in the legal profession. No experience necessary.
This support group is by invitation only, and is being offered to individuals retaking the California general bar exam. Eligible individuals will receive an email invitation to join and register for sessions. The support group will explore strategies for mental health, wellbeing, and effective study skills, creating a community of support and resources to help you succeed.
