In addition to its core activities, the Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC) sponsors educational programs and conferences offering MCLE credit for attorneys.
COPRAC conducts one hour MCLE programs for local bar associations (with a focus on less populated areas where live presentations are not customarily available), on various ethics topics relevant to the State Bar's members. Among other benefits, the programs are intended to facilitate the formation and continued operation of local ethics committees, and to forge further bonds between the State Bar programs and local bars and their members.
